I am seasoned Product Design Professional and
Consultant with over 20 years of experience in UX
strategy, service design, and digital transformation
across healthcare and e-governance.
Adept at translating complex user needs into intuitive,
high-impact digital solutions, I have worked closely

caregivers, physicians and government professionals
to co-create meaningful experiences. Skilled in design

I was a part of the team that
implemented product-level NPS, we used
Gainsight PX to collect direct feedback
from users. This initiative provided
valuable insights into user satisfaction
for each product and highlighted key
areas for improvement.

I conducted workshops for product
designers, PMs, and POs and webinars
on Design Thinking . I also organized
World Usability Day celebrations, quizzes,
and roadshows for employees and
customers. These efforts helped raise
awareness and gain support for usability
studies and processes across the
organization.

I led product discovery and UX design for
Pune Municipal Corporation’s Grievance
Redressal System, enhancing efficiency
and transparency for a city of ~ 9 million.
Through in-depth research with officials
and citizens, I designed an intuitive
platform that streamlined grievance
submission and improved case
management, driving faster resolutions
and greater public trust.

I led the push for voice-driven interaction
at MatrixCare to support caregivers and
residents. By combining voice with IoT, we
aimed to transform senior care. I
facilitated workshops to define a product
roadmap and voice interaction design
patterns, positioning MatrixCare as a
leader in this innovation.

I led this initiative in phases with my design
team. Our enterprise products had
outdated, non-responsive, and inconsistent
UIs due to multiple acquisitions. I created
the roadmap and prioritized features based
on feedback from stakeholders, users, and
data analytics. This resulted in improved
consistency and usability, reducing the
learning curve and minimizing errors.
